To reduce our carbon foot print we aim to supply fresh Amity langoustine to local points of sale and throughout the UK. These Scottish langoustine will be hand selected and packed from the last day’s catch to be enjoyed here in the UK .

To assist us to meet the demand for our fresh langoustine, we have a partnership with Salmac, Aberdeen. The Salmac shellfish division has reliable transport options that will allow us to dispatch our fresh iced 'one day boat' Amity langoustine with maximum freshness throughout the UK. Like Amity, Salmac have exacting quality standards with full traceability.
